What a fun assignment reporting on avalanche safety in the municipality of Crans-Montana and the neighbouring ski resort. I spent a day zipping up and down the mountain with the head of security and meeting the loveliest team of ski patrollers. Switzerland is a superpower in using explosives to trigger minor controlled avalanches in order to avoid major disasters. Hats off to the squad for their courage and passion.
